This show features two really great guests. First, Professor Priscilla N. Cohn discusses the use of immunocontraception to control populations of free-roaming animals. This is a good alternative to hunting, and it works. She also discusses the ethics of hunting. Priscilla is Professor Emerita from Penn State University and co-editor of the Journal of Animal Ethics.
Then, attorney Chris Jones joins us to speak about pet trusts as the preferred way to make sure your companion animals are treated according to your wishes should you die before them. He has a very nice online service called Trusted Pet Partners where you can create a legally valid trust for your animals.
